I’m Iola Prieto, and I’m beyond excited to welcome you to this space—a place where wellness meets transformation, and where science, movement, and purpose come together to inspire a healthier, more balanced life.
With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Nutrition Therapist, Triathlon Coach, and Health Advocate—plus a Master’s in Nutrition and a BSc in Human Ecology—I’ve dedicated my life to helping individuals unlock their potential. My mission is simple: to empower you to live vibrantly, joyfully, and with purpose.
But wellness? It’s more than just what you eat or how much you exercise. It’s about embracing the fullness of life—cultivating habits, mindsets, and moments that feed not just your body, but your soul.
A Little About Me
When I’m not working with amazing clients or crafting wellness strategies, you’ll find me outdoors chasing adventures. Whether it’s cycling scenic routes, running nature trails, swimming open waters, or hiking to breathtaking views, I thrive on staying active and connected to the world around me. And if there’s soca music playing? Trust me—I’m the one dancing like nobody’s watching (because, let’s be real, life’s too short not to!).
At the heart of my world is my spirited 10-year-old son. He’s already a budding triathlete with endless creativity and a shared love for music that keeps our home buzzing with energy. He’s my daily reminder to stay curious, playful, and intentional in everything I do.
Spiritually, I’m guided by Olodumare and the Orishas, walking a path rooted in gratitude, purpose, and connection. This foundation keeps me aligned as I tackle challenges, embrace opportunities, and pour my heart into everything I do.

Living in the Caribbean, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of obesogenic habits on individuals and communities. These habits don’t just harm our health—they rob us of joy, vitality, and the ability to truly thrive. That’s why I’m here: to help rewrite that story, one step, one meal, and one mindset shift at a time.
